Refund and Cancellation Policy – Digital Edge Communication
Prepaid Service Model
Our services operate on a prepaid basis. Payments must be made in advance before any project or subscription service begins. Once payment has been processed and the project or service has commenced, no refunds will be issued.
For subscription-based services (e.g., social media management, SEO retainers, or outsourced staffing), your subscription will remain active for the full billing cycle (e.g., 30 calendar days). Your payment method on file will be used for future billing cycles. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, you must cancel before your renewal date.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
Clients may cancel their subscription-based services through the account portal or by contacting our support team. Cancellations must be made before the next billing date to prevent future charges. If you cancel after billing, your service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, but no refund will be issued.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:
Work has already started, and time/resources have been allocated.
Deliverables (campaign strategies, reports, content, designs, ads, or outsourced hours) have already been provided or executed.
Performance-related dissatisfaction (e.g., ad results, ranking improvements, or campaign outcomes) since outcomes depend on third-party platforms beyond our control (such as Google, Meta, or LinkedIn).
The client changes their mind after the project has begun.
The client fails to provide necessary information, feedback, or access required for us to complete the service.
Our Commitment
While refunds are not offered once work has started, we remain committed to resolving issues and providing support where possible. If technical or execution-related concerns arise, our team will work with you to address them quickly and effectively.
Subscription Notes
Monthly/retainer services (SEO, social media, content, or outsourcing) renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
Partial refunds for unused days or services will not be provided.
Project-based work (campaign launches, branding, website design, etc.) is non-refundable once initiated.
Parent Company Scope
This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to Digital Edge Communication as the parent company. Subsidiary services, products, or platforms under our brand may have their own specific policies. Please refer to their respective websites for details.
